Doctor Insurance One started in Miami with one conviction: most people do not choose a bad plan because they are careless, they choose it because nobody sat down and explained the trade-offs in their own language.

That is still how we work. Being independent, we compare what different carriers will actually offer you instead of defending one company’s line-up, and every advisor does it in English or Spanish, whichever you think in.

The person who explains your options is the person who keeps your file. A question in the middle of the year does not mean starting over with a stranger, and it does not cost you anything to ask.

Milestones

1. 2011The founders begin offering an innovative product for its time, life insurance with living benefits, alongside health coverage in the years before the ACA.
2. 2013As the ACA takes effect, the practice turns largely to Marketplace plans.
3. 2014The office on West Flagler Street opens, and the agency expands into Texas.
4. 2019Medicare joins the lines we write, by then across many more states.
5. TodayLicensed in more than 20 states, with advisors who answer all year rather than only at enrollment.
