We are open later, and on Saturdays, this Open Enrollment

Every fall, families sit down at the kitchen table to make one of the most important decisions of their year: the health plan that will take care of them in the next one. It always seems to come at the busiest time, with work, school, homework and the holidays all arriving at once.

Most of the families we help never visit our office. They call us, from Texas, from Florida and from many other states. So this Open Enrollment, we are staying on the phone later, and answering on Saturdays too.

When you can call us

Call us at (800) 305-7709:

  • Monday to Friday: 10 am to 8 pm, Miami time
  • Saturday: 10 am to 3 pm, Miami time
  • Sunday: closed

Most of the year we close at 5 pm, and at 4 pm on Fridays. That is three extra hours every evening, four on Fridays, and Saturdays on top.

What time to call from your state

If you live in Florida

Call us Monday to Friday from 10 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm.

If you live in Texas

Texas is one hour behind Miami. Call us Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.

If you live somewhere else

Find your city on our list of cities. Each city's page shows our hours in your city's time.

Why we are doing this

Many of the families we work with have jobs that end at 5, at 6 or later. Some work two jobs. Until now, reaching us often meant a rushed call on a lunch break, or asking for time off.

A health plan deserves more than a rushed five minutes. It decides which doctors you can see, what you pay for your medicines and how much a hospital stay could cost you. You should be able to ask every question you have and hang up knowing you chose well.

Now you can call us after work, from home, with your papers on the table and your family next to you.

The dates to remember

  • Obamacare (the Marketplace) for 2027: November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Choose a plan by December 15 and it starts on January 1.
  • Medicare: October 15 to December 7, 2026. Changes start on January 1.

If you can, call early. In the last days before each deadline the phones are at their busiest.

What we can help you with

  • Review your current plan and compare it with the 2027 options.
  • Check that your doctors, your hospital and your medicines are covered.
  • Update your income, so your savings are right and there are no surprises at tax time.
  • Authorize us as your agent for 2027, a new Marketplace step. Here is how it works.
  • Review your Medicare plan before December 7.
  • Answer your questions about dental, vision and life insurance.

We help in English or in Spanish, and our help costs you nothing.

Before you call

The call goes faster if you have these near the phone:

  • The names of your medicines, with the dose
  • The names of your doctors and the hospital you use
  • Proof of income for everyone on your tax return, like recent pay stubs
  • Any letter you received from the Marketplace or from Medicare

The days we will be closed

We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, and on Friday, November 27, so our team can spend those days with their families. We will be back on Saturday, November 28.

Thank you

These longer days are only possible because of our team, who are giving their evenings and their Saturdays to this season. We are grateful to every one of them.

And to you: thank you for trusting us with something as important as your family's health. Whether this is your first year with us or your tenth, we will be here, a little later than usual, ready to pick up the phone and with time for you.
